Chapter 416 is meeting the 2nd Saturday of the month @10:30AM at
238 2nd Ave. N B'ham Al 35204 (DAV Building)
416 activities include helping Veterans work through the local VA Hospital and other VA issues. 416 members have faced many of the problems to be encountered in the VA system, both the Hospitals and Benefits, and know how to circumvent many of the questions before they become wrenching problems.
416 has the Alabama Moving Memorial, made from the same rock as the Wall in Washington and listing all the Alabamians to die in Vietnam. The Memorial had visited many communities throughout Alabama.
416 has also sponsored and cosponsored several visits of traveling versions of the Wall in Washington.
